Our expertise spans from business and revenue management to operations, safety, and secure credentials, ensuring that we support every aspect of airport management.Job Description:Lead Implementation ConsultantThe Implementation team at TADERA is accountable for implementing the software solution for our customers, and ensuring the implementation meets the customers' expectations and is of the highest quality. Working with our clients and project team, you are a consultant working directly with clients and colleagues to improve transit operations using our software.Roles & Responsibilities:Team collaboration with the delivery of products and servicesWork with cross-functional teams to create actionable product requirementsParticipate in customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction and continuous relationship building by expanding product offeringsServe as the subject matter expert for aspects of the product line being supportedResponsible for product software delivery through implementation and training servicesParticipate in cross functional teams and group collaboration to drive necessary processes and ensure product reliability and stabilityProvide product support to the customer baseConfidentiality; This position may come in contact with confidential business information, it is important to refrain from using or disclosing any such information outside the companyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business management, technology, or related field3-5 years' experience as a Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or similar roleAirport Operations experience a plusHigh-energy, results-driven with a demonstrated ability to follow directionDemonstrated ability to learn new skills and successfully apply them to completing tasksStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with an attention to detailSelf-motivated and results-oriented with strong intuition, integrity, and credibilityExcellent writing and presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to internal and external stakeholdersExperience and Innovation: With over 40 years of experience, TADERA leads the way in airport management technology, continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry.Comprehensive Solutions: Our integrated technology solutions cover all facets of airport operations, from business and revenue management to safety and compliance, ensuring a seamless and efficient airport environment.Employee-Centric Culture: We value our employees and offer a flexible work environment, remote work opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
