Position Summary:
Lead Implementation Consultant
The Implementation team at TADERA is responsible for delivering our software solutions to clients, ensuring that implementations align with customer expectations and uphold the highest quality standards. In collaboration with clients and project teams, you will serve as a consultant, directly engaging with clients and colleagues to enhance transit operations through our software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to deliver products and services effectively.

- Act as the subject matter expert for the supported product line.

- Provide ongoing product support to our customer base.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a consulting, implementation, or similar role.
- Experience in airport operations is advantageous.
- High-energy, results-oriented individual with a proven ability to follow direction.
