Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Client Relations from Start to Finish:

  • Ownership and Leadership: Take full responsibility for assigned Personal Warehouse developments, managing client relationships and engagement from project conception through project completion.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with superintendents, vendors, partner teams, brokers, legal teams, and project managers to ensure project success.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update project inventories in CRM database (HubSpot) and 3rd party online listings (Crexi and LoopNet).
  • Resource Management: Ensure all project-related materials are accurate and up to date, including sales collateral, marketing brochures, and site availability maps.
  • Visibility: Manage site signage to maximize visibility and attract attention.
  • Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships which support and ultimately fulfill the sales and leasing objectives by project.

Guide Clients Through Their Journey:

  • Client Advocacy: Passionately represent Personal Warehouse and guide qualified leads through the project pipeline from initial contact to contract closing.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate and providing ongoing communication and support.
  • Problem-Solving: Address common objections and concerns effectively.
  • Contract Management: Draft contracts and leases, ensuring successful execution with all involved parties.

Manage and Optimize Deal Pipelines:

  • Data Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM database (HubSpot) for all leads and prospects.
  • Project Linking: Connect project deals with unit sales, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Sales Tracking: Track and ensure completeness of sales data and records.

Cultivate and Maintain Broker Relationships:

  • Broker Engagement: Manage relationships with local affiliate Commercial Real Estate Brokers, implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training opportunities for brokers to ensure they are well-versed in Personal Warehouse policies and strategies.
  • Community Building: Develop relationships within the local broker community to promote Personal Warehouse.

Travel:

  • Local travel between the corporate office and remote offices at project sites is required weekly.
  • Occasional regional and national travel for training, open houses/events, and project tours as needed.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Experience: Direct real estate experience or licensure preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or equivalent real estate experience preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Experience in marketing, communications, promotions, real estate, and/or sales preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Demonstrates Ownership Mentality: Takes proactive initiative, assumes full responsibility for all aspects of their role, and performs tasks independently without needing supervision or direction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
