Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Client Intake Specialist to join our team in Aurora. In this pivotal role, you will conduct initial assessments of clients, collecting detailed information regarding their medical background, current health conditions, and individual requirements. This data is essential for creating tailored care plans that enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to gather essential information for the intake process.
- Accurately input and maintain client records within the company's database.
- Organize appointments and coordinate with caregivers to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Assist with insurance verification and documentation, working closely with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, faxing, and emailing as required.
- Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Required Qualifications:
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in an intake role.
- Background in home health or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
