Position Summary:
In the role of Client Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting clients and their insurance representatives. This position allows you to significantly influence the revenue-generating facets of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients utilizing homeowners insurance for our services
- Guide clients through the insurance claim process and address service-related inquiries
- Confirm insurance coverage and collaborate with adjusters to collect necessary information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the service journey
- Coordinate client needs with internal Client Managers and Supervisors
- Review job details to ensure accuracy and completeness for billing purposes
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in customer service or insurance
- Minimum age of 18
- Preferred B.A. or B.S. degree
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer usage and multitasking
