Position Summary:

In the role of Client Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting clients and their insurance representatives. This position allows you to significantly influence the revenue-generating facets of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients utilizing homeowners insurance for our services
  • Guide clients through the insurance claim process and address service-related inquiries
  • Confirm insurance coverage and collaborate with adjusters to collect necessary information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the service journey
  • Coordinate client needs with internal Client Managers and Supervisors
  • Review job details to ensure accuracy and completeness for billing purposes

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in customer service or insurance
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Preferred B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer usage and multitasking
