Description

Ziemek Dental Laboratory is a growing, best in class digital dental laboratory with over 30 years of industry experience. We have an immediate opportunity for an entry-level Shipping and Customer Service Representative to join our busy Shipping Department. In this fast-paced role, you will be on the phone with customers providing excellent service, as well as performing shipping duties and assisting with invoicing.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn our products, product codes, and turnaround time for cases.
  • Answers and responds to incoming customer calls and helps track down cases.
  • Resolves expedited doctor requests.
  • Prepares invoice and shipping documents, creates mailing labels, packages product for shipment and maintains records of outgoing shipments.
  • Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and works to adequately resolve them.
  • Quality control shade and defects in materials.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Prior shipping, invoicing and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to distinguish colors, shade/gradation and to pass an eye color test.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn and use simple technology.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Shift: Day shift, 8 am - 4:30 pm
