Job Description
We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing Director in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role demands a high level of organization, a proactive approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
What You'll Give (Responsibilities):
- Organizational Excellence: You must thrive in a structured environment, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all marketing projects are on track without excuses. If you aren't great at meticulous organization, this role isn't for you.
- Project Management: You'll be expected to execute various marketing projects, including large-scale events. There's no room for missed deadlines or incomplete tasks. If you're not ready to own every detail and deliver exceptional results, this isn't your role.
- Event Coordination: Coordinating events like the Parks Legado Farmers Market is a core responsibility. This requires working weekends and handling logistics seamlessly. If working outside of regular hours on occasion is an issue, this role isn't for you.
- Collaboration: You'll work closely with other team members to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with our business goals. If you're not a team player who's willing to collaborate and contribute, this isn't the right fit for you.
- Impactful Role: Contribute to the marketing efforts of a brand with a significant regional presence, playing a key role in high-visibility events and campaigns.
- Growth Opportunities: Sharpen your skills in project management, event coordination, and digital marketing, with clear paths for advancement within the company.
- Dynamic Work Environment and Mentorship: You'll be working with our Marketing Director, who is someone that highly values growth, mentorship, creativity, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to marketing.
- Networking: Build valuable relationships with vendors, community partners, and influencers through your event coordination and marketing work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills are a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for events.
- Excellent communication skills and unwavering attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet every deadline, no exceptions.
