Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for West Texas in our Drilling Consumables product line.

Collaborate with sales personnel to achieve short and long-range sales goals.

Maintain and service key accounts, handling special projects as assigned.

Evaluate market intelligence data and verify with customer communications.

Develop quarterly sales plans for approval and execute.

Promote company capabilities and reputation through customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.

Negotiate and close out contracts at profitable margins, coordinating with proposal, legal, tax, financial, and Ops teams.

Learn from project close-out feedback to improve future capabilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of mud pump expendables, centrifugal pumps, and mud line gate valves.

Expertise in sales and marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
