Contract Administrator Position Summary: Will work with Estimators, Project Managers, and Accounting to manage and monitor all aspects of subcontracts Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities: • Adhere to and promote all Company Safety Policies and the Company Code of Conduct. • Prepare all subcontracts • Effectively communicate with subcontractors and project management to facilitate timely receipt of contract documents. • Prepare and maintain status and compliance reports for management. • Initiate and track pre-qualification process on all subcontractors. • Generate and distribute RFPs for all blanket purchase orders. • Issue and administer blanket purchases orders including procurement of general service items. • Serve as the back up to the Contract Administrator II. Supervisory Responsibilities: • N/A Hiring Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with contract administration. • Associate degree or equivalent experience; 6 months or more in the construction field or comparable industry. • Basic knowledge of insurance requirements and contract administration. • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze information and data skillfully and reach sound conclusions. • Ability to manage competing demands with minimal supervision. • Ability to communicate with clients, executives, and individuals at all levels of the organization. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. • Detail oriented with good organizational skills. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
