Securities Operations Representative II Onsite – St. Louis, MO 3-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week) Pay Range: $18-20/hour Desired Start Date: 10/1/2024 Calculated Hire is in search of a Securities Operations Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company's Asset Movement Group. You will be responsible for the following components: Job Description: Handling a high volume of transactions. Handle ACH requests linking brokerage accounts to their bank accounts. Communicate with Financial Advisors and their assistants in their branches. Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems. Support securities operations. Identify ways to improve the overall process. Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions. Review time sensitive documents. Receive direction from supervisor and coordinate situations involving other departments. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interact with internal customers. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Top Skills Data entry or other administrative processing background Operations Experience isa plus Financial Systems Experience BETA - looking up client info, finding account details Smart station - service requests are submitted and flow through. Microsoft Office - Outlook, Teams Demonstrated ability to work in an office environment. Attention to detail - must make sure all the information provided matches the service requests. Ability to work fast and adjust on the fly - high paced environment.
