Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and brand equity.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including understanding consumer aspirations, crafting and adapting the brand story and creative elements, and formulating strategies for brand ambassadors, endorsers, and collaborations.
  • Create and execute public relations strategies to boost brand visibility and credibility.
  • Lead the development of branding initiatives such as advertising campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve brand equity and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Global Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, to ensure effective execution of branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university/college.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or branding for consumer packaged goods, ideally in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG company or a reputable CPG advertising agency, plus over 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
  • Experience working in multinational corporations with skills in change management within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a positive CAN-DO attitude.
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership skills to drive non-reporting teams toward common goals.
