Campaign Management Build and maintain dashboards to track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Drive demand generation and lead management campaigns, coordinating closely with global sales organizations. Develop data-driven marketing automations to nurture, qualify, and score leads, and deliver account-based marketing. Data Analysis Deeply understand and utilize data to support business growth, consistently testing and learning. Content and SEO/SEM Collaborate with agency partners to deliver SEO/SEM initiatives for lead generation. Develop and execute compelling content strategies, marketing campaigns, and landing pages to drive inbound marketing. Event Coordination Organize, book, and manage logistics for trade events, ensuring a strong presence to engage customers and build relationships. Integrate data from webinars and events into marketing efforts. Any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position. Requirements Associate degree in Marketing or Business Administration. 2+ years’ experience in a technical B2B industry. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads. Experience with email marketing, data integrity maintenance, and spreadsheet modeling. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and follow processes. Understanding of digital marketing concepts. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business. Knowledge of Drupal, Salesforce, Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
