Responsibilities: Prepare proposals and other bid documents Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates Produce cost estimates and present them for evaluation and strategy Read, understand and visualize the construction process based on documents provided Write, submit, track and process RFIs and responses Perform budget pricing from schematic design drawings Attend pre-bid and walk-thru meetings Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates Use computer software to calculate estimates Develop project plans for the duration of the project Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Possess a RI and or MA Electrical License - Preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Construction and commercial experience preferred Strong organizational skills While working with us expect to be treated like family - because you are You will work in an environment where your hard work is rewarded, recognized, and appreciated.
