Support external clients in implementing software and operational solutions. Assess client requirements, develop configurations aligning with Triton business processes, execute implementation plans, and ensure smooth operation of client workflows.
- Document customer needs and tailor applications to match Triton-supported business processes.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the design and deployment phases of Triton business solutions.
- Guide solutions from deployment to training, engaging in hands-on activities as needed.
- Translate client business needs into application definitions, Triton workflows, and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, exploring testing and consulting avenues for viable alternatives.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, covering business, system, and functional requirements, alongside process flows and configuration details.
- Manage resource schedules, optimizing productivity and revenue capture through coordinated updates.
- Develop presentations, securing agreement from clients and the implementation team, and execute solution deployment.
- Configure and roll out enterprise applications and Triton-supported business processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
- Assist in business process testing before end-user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Prepare comprehensive hand-off and project training materials tailored to individual client needs.
- Guarantee timely delivery of all projects.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities like product demonstrations and project scoping, aiding proposal development as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Data Processing, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or Computer Programming.
- Alternatively, any blend of education and practical experience that meets the job's qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electronic Data Processing, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, and Computer Programming.
- Knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming, along with proficiency in client training on workflows.
- Proficiency in communication and customer service.
- Ability to think critically to develop effective solutions.
