What we are looking for

NextCare is looking for a Training Specialist for our Customer Service Center.

Location

We are looking for a Training Specialist based in Texas, Kansas, or Arizona. This position is primarily remote with a 25% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

The training specialist is responsible for training and development of NextCare associates, including Front Office, Back Office, Provider, Central Billing Office, and any other designated teams.

How you will make an impact

  • Ensures the objectives and goals of the company are achieved through effective training delivery of approved material to field and corporate employees.
  • Works closely with field employees, regional and local management teams, corporate staff and other trainers on developing effective training solutions.
  • Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and delivery of NextCare’s training, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for the development of curriculum and training in line with organizational and
  • individual employee needs
  • Supports the long-term company strategic plans and all company policies and procedures.
  • Provides feedback to appropriate personnel and management staff.
  • Provides effective and timely feedback regarding training materials and assists with testing activities.
  • Creates and seeks guidance from field and training management on appropriate training programs.
  • Serves as support and a resource for NextCare personnel.
  • Participates in the preparation and implementation of training for acquisitions and de novo clinics.
  • Able to travel up to 25%, in support of acquisitions, de novos and clinic/company training needs.

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:

Education: Minimum of High School Education or equivalent

Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Computer Skills e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:

Education: Instructional Design, Curriculum/Course Development, Medical Assistant, Radiology Technician, NextGen or other EMR systems.

Experience: Training background is beneficial

Skills: Strong Communication Skills
