Director.

**Job Description:** The

Admissions/Marketing

Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing the admissions process, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and promoting the academy to prospective students. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and marketing skills to help grow our institution.

**Key

Responsibilities:** - Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment. -Work directly with the students on a daily basis in a leadership role. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students. - Coordinate and conduct tours, open houses, and information sessions. - Maintain and update student records and database. - Collaborate with the education team to ensure a seamless admissions experience. - Develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates. - Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. - Build and maintain relationships with local high schools, community organizations, and other potential referral sources. - Inventory management.

**Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistance and/or admissions experience. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for education and the beauty industry.

**Benefits* - One week paid vacation first year, paid holidays. - Two weeks paid vacation beginning second year. - Group Insurance available, but not part of compensation. - Training provided.

**Schedule:** - Full-time: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (34 hours per week) - Some occasional Mondays required.
