We are seeking a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join our talented team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, delivering effective marketing campaigns, and contributing to business growth. Your ability to understand and work with telecommunications clients will be key in providing tailored solutions that meet specific unique client needs in this role. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for various clients with a focus on telecommunication clients. Foster strong relationships and understanding specific client business objectives. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their marketing needs, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals, incorporating various advertising channels and techniques. Leverage your knowledge of marketing trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendation to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client expectations. Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to client specifications and project timelines. Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful campaign concepts and assets. Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborate with clients to establish campaign budgets and manage financial aspects, including cost estimates, billing, and invoicing. Track campaign expenses and revenue, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets. Conduct regular financial reviews and provide accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to assigned account coordinators, fostering their professional growth and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and media, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Act as a marketing subject matter expert for all client categories, staying updated on client industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills Include (but are not limited to): Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, business or a related field. Preferred proven experience as an account manager or similar role within the marketing and advertising industry, with three years of marketing experience. Agency marketing experience is preferred. Preferred strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including key players, trends, challenges and opportunities. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, advertising channels, and industry trends. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding client expectations. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Strong attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and active listening skills.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Position performs work primarily in a seated position working at a computer and using other standard office equipment. Position works primarily indoors in an office setting within close quarters of other employees. High use of computer, keyboard and multiple types of visual screens for typically eight hours per day.
