You will be subject matter expert for onshore support of the accounts payable and expense management processing and procedures. You will be managing key stakeholder relationships with the team in relation to accounts payable and expense management. You will provide guidance to Shared services AP team members on queries in completing their duties. You must ensure supplier and internal communication relating to AP queries are attended and resolved timely. You must assist with testing on AP process systematically. You will monitor and works continuously on process improvements to increase efficiencies within the team. You will Administratethe corporate credit cards. You will ensure credit card and cash transactions are processed. You will assist in collecting all receivables on a timely basis. You will comply with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in accounts payable/ account receivable for applicable templates. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation. You must ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Your background: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional accounting experience At least 5 years of experience in AP role in a global MNC and experience working in a combined onshore/offshore team. Excellent attention to detail, particularly working in a fast-paced environment. Motivated, analytical thinker, keen to contribute and refine current processes with excellent communication skills.
