Description:
-Front desk duties for 2 floors.
-Client facing role - greeting customers and clients in-person and over the phone
-Administrative, correspondence, check deposits, ordering supplies, scheduling.
-Handle multiple rounds of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL packages, open, scan, and send it compliance team once it is retained they will administer the correspondence amongst the right population
-Checks are provided and have separate compliance process for deposit, retain, and destroying process
-Supporting different client events 2-3/month and having to supply orders, work with property manager to book events, etc.
M-F 7:30am - 4pm
On-site in the Denver Tech Center
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
-1+ years of Administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
-Microsoft Office Suite experience (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-In person and over the phone customer service experience is required
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
