Our comprehensive offering includes hundreds of products that enable us to custom tailor equipment solutions that meet the production line objectives, labor goals, budget constraints, and brand image of our customers. Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM Duties and Responsibilities: Ascertains equipment model and type of part needed, inspects worn, damaged, or defective part to determine replacement required, or advises customer of part needed according to description of malfunction. Discusses use and features of various parts. Create contacts, prepare quotations, enter orders, and log interactions in the CRM system. Communicate inventory needs to the Purchasing department to anticipated customer needs and minimize stockouts. Share leads, critical customer information, and market intel with the Equipment, Supplies, and Service teams. Education and/or Experience: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; engineering degree a plus. Minimum two (2) years related experience in customer service or sales; general parts sales experience (regardless of industry) is preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; responds promptly to customer needs. Experience in a technical setting or knowledge of food packaging and supplies preferred but not required. Ability to identify and resolve problems, works well in group problem-solving situations. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
