Parts Specialist

Thermo King Sales & Service is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team in Des Moines, IA. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and determining replacement parts required.
- Utilize catalog and online resources to secure necessary parts and maintain inventory levels.
- Stock and organize parts inventory, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
- Execute freight claims for damaged goods and receive returned items.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license necessary.
- Previous parts or automotive industry experience preferred.
- One to two years of counter experience preferred.
- Forklift experience a plus.
