Job Description

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications.

Primary Job Duties and Tasks:
• Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing various programs and initiatives within the client to ensure they align with the strategic goals of the NLM.
• Conduct detailed analyses of client programs, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

2• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program performance, including recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and establish timelines for various initiatives.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet established goals and deliverables.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve program operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and issues.
• Provide support in the preparation and submission of budgets, funding proposals, and grant applications.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for program improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes, tools, and best practices.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Minimum Five (5) years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in Project Management methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Demonstrated experience in cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes and initiatives.
