We are looking for someone to join our team as a
Sourcer
with 0-2 years of experience. This is a team based role where you'll work in a fun, collaborative culture of learning.
As a Sourcer, you'll focus on supporting the Sales team, providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of different technical roles in your geographic location.
THE SOURCER WILL:
Create social media and direct mail eMarketing campaigns to attract talent
Initiate communication between candidates and Account Managers
Apply optimal search techniques and methods to uncover top-tier candidates
Learn and implement emerging sourcing strategies in the marketplace
