Muller Engineering is seeking a Recruiter/HR Coordinator. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled professional who wishes to be part of our expanding team. We are seeking a candidate who is outgoing, and people motivated and wants to work in a creative and collaborative environment to manage the full life cycle of the recruiting, on-boarding, and retention process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the recruiting and selection process for assigned opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Optimize talent management technology to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Assess candidates by reviewing resumes and assisting with screening interviews.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by implementing consistent communication from initial application screening through onboarding.
  • Coordinate the new hire process, including conducting new hire orientations, setting up new employees for success and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as representative to attract the best to join our team by attending industry networking events, career fairs, relationship building, etc.
  • Support recognition across the company to motivate and retain strong employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure date integrity in the HR information system.
  • Support company-wide performance management process, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Assist with other HR-Related Tasks as assigned by the HR team.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiencies of employment practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 2-8 years of relevant/related experience.
  • Passionate to work with people through in-person and online interaction with a positive, go getter attitude.
  • Demonstrated skills in sourcing, networking, and filling a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Professional presence and exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Possess the drive and motivation to market Muller as the employer of choice.
  • Relevant A/E or civil engineering industry experience a plus
