Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline the Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and screen resumes for both Frontera Health, Inc. and Frontera Health, NM.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand talent needs, manage candidate pipelines, source top candidates, conduct interviews, and support the offer process.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize our ATS (Greenhouse) to track recruiting efficiency, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Attract Top Talent: Post job openings on various platforms and engage with potential candidates.
  • Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance our recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with an HRIS (preferably Rippling) is strongly preferred.
  • Problem Solving: Love owning solutions and finding ways to improve processes and experiences.
  • Bonus: Experience or knowledge of recruiting for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) positions is a plus.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time (hybrid) position in Denver, CO.
