Key Responsibilities- Streamline the Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and screen resumes for both Frontera Health, Inc. and Frontera Health, NM.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand talent needs, manage candidate pipelines, source top candidates, conduct interviews, and support the offer process.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize our ATS (Greenhouse) to track recruiting efficiency, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Attract Top Talent: Post job openings on various platforms and engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance our recruiting strategies.
- Education and Experience: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on healthcare or behavioral health.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with an HRIS (preferably Rippling) is strongly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Love owning solutions and finding ways to improve processes and experiences.
- Bonus: Experience or knowledge of recruiting for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) positions is a plus.
This is a full-time (hybrid) position in Denver, CO.
