Job Posting: Legal Billing Coordinator

Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule: Flexible hybrid

Are you an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator seeking an exciting role in a vibrant downtown Denver firm? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our client’s team at a leading professional law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process legal invoices in compliance with client guidelines and firm policies.

  • Manage billing cycles, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing client invoices.

  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries efficiently.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure accurate billing and account management.

  • Maintain billing records and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal billing or a related field.

  • Two-year degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience of at least 3 years.

  • Previous experience in a professional service firm is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
