Job Posting: Legal Billing Coordinator
Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule: Flexible hybrid
Are you an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator seeking an exciting role in a vibrant downtown Denver firm? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our client’s team at a leading professional law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process legal invoices in compliance with client guidelines and firm policies.
Manage billing cycles, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing client invoices.
Address and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure accurate billing and account management.
Maintain billing records and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal billing or a related field.
Two-year degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience of at least 3 years.
Previous experience in a professional service firm is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
