This position reports to the Account Director and is classified as exempt. This position is home-office based. Qualifications Professional experience in a production, project management, executing projects role with a proven track record of at least 3 years. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a large project with a corresponding capability to assess the broader picture. Ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously and bring projects to successful completion.Experience with strategic planning and seeing plans through to execution. High level of self-awareness and ability to recognize when a project needs adjustment. Self-starter and proactive in initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project scopes. Experience in setting client expectations and communicating those exepectations accordingly. Comfortable building a team and managing an established group of leaders. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) Create and execute a comprehensive project plan; Define analytics and performance projections to measure the success of our marketing efforts as they relate to participant recruitment; Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships; Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors; Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives; Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; Forecast and track key account metrics; Proactively identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and implement action plans; Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with the business development team to ensure growth; Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed; Frequent travel to different geographic areas required as well as availability to work evenings and some weekends. Effectively implement on event operational plans and in some cases, serve as the primary event lead when the Production Department is absent. Create and develop operational plans including but not limited to site guidelines, maps, manifests, emergency response, staffing, staff checklists and week/day of event timelines. Work with Account Director, Purchasing and others to secure vendors and event supplies, and manage assets. Develop and synchronize internal service vendors to the project; Manage outside vendors to budget and performance to scope; Manage a production resource; Other projects/duties as assigned. When traveling on event, work environment can consist of hotel rooms, a shared tour bus with a private sleeping bunk, among other possibilities. Work may require between 20-30% travel. Work will include working event for projects outside of the one you manage.
