We are looking for someone to take our charity ecommerce operation to the next level, maximising income through sales of high-value or specialist items generously donated to us by the general public. You will work closely with the Director of Public Fundraising and Retail to create a strategy for this exciting area of charity retail as well as being hands on in the day-to-day management of the team, and identification and listing of items ranging from clothing and jewellery to electricals and furniture and everything weird and wonderful in-between.
This role offers flexibility in location, with hybrid working and offices in both Brighton and Worthing. There will be some travel required between sites.
St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care and community living well services. Our sister hospice, Chestnut Tree House, is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Y ou’ll be joining our organisationat a very exciting time, as St Barnabas Hospices and Martlets Hospice are in the process of merging. Bringing our teams and resources together, as one organisation means we can focus on new and exciting visions and plans for our people and patients and provide even greater opportunities for our workforce.
