Position Summary:

Project Description:
The Chapel Branch Apartments Phase 1 project involves the construction of two three-story buildings, each containing twenty-one residential units, along with a community facility. The role entails overseeing site development, utility installation, vertical construction, unit completion, and management of site amenities. Following the framing phase, we anticipate the addition of an Assistant Site Superintendent to assist with logistics. Together, these two roles will be responsible for supervising all subcontractors on-site.

Job Duration:
This project is expected to span 14 months for Phase 1, with a subsequent Phase 2 planned that mirrors the first phase.

Living Arrangements:
We prefer candidates who reside near the job site to minimize housing expenses.
