Position Summary:

The Chapel Branch Apartments Phase 1 project encompasses the construction of two three-story buildings, each featuring twenty-one apartments, along with a community facility. The role involves overseeing site development, utility installation, vertical construction, unit finalization, and management of site amenities. Following the framing phase, we anticipate the addition of an Assistant Site Superintendent to assist with logistics. Together, these two roles will be responsible for supervising all subcontractors on-site.

Project Duration:

The project is structured for a duration of 14 months for Phase 1, with a subsequent Phase 2 planned, which will involve the construction of an additional two buildings mirroring Phase 1.

Candidate Preferences:
