Position Summary:

Project Description:
The Chapel Branch Apartments Phase 1 project involves the construction of two three-story buildings, each containing twenty-one residential units, along with a community facility. The role encompasses overseeing site development, utility installation, vertical construction, unit finishing, and the management of site amenities. Following the framing phase, we anticipate the addition of an Assistant Site Superintendent to assist with logistics. Together, these two roles will be responsible for supervising all subcontractors on-site.

Job Schedule:
This project is structured for a duration of 14 months for Phase 1, with a subsequent Phase 2 planned, which will mirror the first phase with another set of two buildings. Phase 2 is expected to commence before the completion of Phase 1.

Living Arrangements:
We are particularly interested in candidates who reside near the project site to eliminate the need for housing accommodations.
