This is an excellent opportunity , Contract to potential Hire, flexibility to work remotely near Orlando, FL. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and services of a specialized or complex nature in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. - Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, investigates and develops sources of supplies, prepares bid specifications, issues bid requests and reviews quotations. - Interprets purchasing procedures to departments and vendors, as a specialist in assigned material categories, which require a degree of technical knowledge. Job Requirements

**Requirements** * Looking for Looking for 2-7 yrs of purchasing experience. * SAP and ERP Experience preferred. Use of SAP for bid evaluation * Experience sending RFQ's and RFP's globally, * Experience cutting POs through systems, * This position requires the use of initiative and independent judgment. Experience Negotiating with suppliers and excellent follow up initiatives * Experience buying Engineering products is preferred. * Need to have understanding "build to spec" * Experience negotiating rates with Suppliers. * Experience managing a budget/spend. * Experience placing Purchase Orders.
