Key Responsibilities:
- Ambassador for the Firm: Welcome and assist clients, guests, and executives with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, creating a lasting positive impression.
- Executive Interaction: Provide seamless support to our executive team, managing schedules, meetings, and guest interactions with exceptional attention to detail.
- High-Profile Engagement: Confidently interact with high-net-worth professionals and stakeholders, enhancing our firms reputation for exceptional client service.
- Event Representation: Attend and support company events, where youll be a gracious host, mingling with influential figures and creating connections.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage calls, appointments, and inquiries, maintaining a polished and organized reception area that reflects our companys values.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to ensure efficient client service and a consistent client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a reception or front-of-house role within a corporate or client-facing setting; experience in financial services or luxury/hospitality industry preferred.
- Professionalism: Poise, etiquette, and discretion when engaging with high-profile clientele and executives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills with an approachable, polished demeanor. Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
