The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive market expansion, cultivate meaningful relationships, and maximize business opportunities. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic vision, and strong team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities for a VP B2B Business Development:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales, generating significant revenue from partnerships with businesses in skilled trades and healthcare.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Refine sales processes and tools, prepare forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the business development budget and track team performance, sales metrics, and KPIs.
Requirements for a VP B2B Business Development:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of B2B business development or sales experience, with a track record of generating $10M+ in revenue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in negotiation, relationship building, and strategic planning.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
