Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance FP&A
will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our GTM operations. This leader will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support GTM initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for GTM functions.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development for GTM projects.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, performance indicators, and ROI for GTM activities.
Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of financial performance to inform strategic actions.
Business Partnership:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Provide financial guidance and support to GTM leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Drive initiatives to optimize pricing, sales compensation, and marketing spend efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes to improve data visibility and decision-making.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance management for team members.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
