Compass One Healthcare is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our journey into the digital realm. Picture this: You, at the helm of our dynamic team, crafting and implementing cutting-edge strategies to elevate our brand to new heights.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of our long-term digital marketing campaigns and the mastermind behind our short-term advertising tactics. Your mission? To enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital doorstep, and ignite a frenzy of sales leads. With your strategic prowess, you'll develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that will captivate audiences and leave our competitors in awe.

Objectives of this role Develop, implement and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising tactics through digital platforms Enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to Compass One Healthcares website and generate sales leads Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content Work with a team of marketers and other stakeholders to maintain Compass Ones digital presence Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms Lead Compass Ones social media strategy

Responsibilities Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Support launch of brand refresh and website redesign. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Create and manage content strategy for Compass Ones social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication Manage Compass Ones social media strategy Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Develop and monitor campaign budgets

Skills and qualifications BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Social media savvy, with a passion for lightweight content creation and staying on top of trends Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other marketing teams In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends Strong project management and managerial skills Marketing automation experience required, Hubspot experience preferred Experience in B2B and healthcare marketing preferred
