Perfect Day was founded in 2014 to create delicious, nutritious dairy products that everyone can love. Were using fermentation (not animals) to make dairy proteins that are the foundation for foods like ice cream, cheese and yogurt all with the distinctive taste and textures that consumers demand, but without lactose or environmental downsides. Through partnerships with respected brands, were working to launch a whole range of dairy products that will help shape a humane, sustainable food system for future generations.

As the newest member of the Facility and Lab team, you will help contribute and exhibit an exceptional customer service experience to all internal and external guests onsite. Ideally, this candidate is self-motivated, driven, knowledgeable, and collaborative. Additionally, they can work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment with little to no guidance, and effectively and efficiently problem solve. This individual would be assigned a variety of administrative tasks that include organizing and prioritizing duties, completing office responsibilities, and making sure operations run smoothly.

+ Confidence to take direction and apply in a timely manner.

+ Works closely with Facilities Supervisor and other team members.

+ Acts as gate keeper for all visitors and guests for Perfect Day and neighboring tenants.

+ Ability to coordinate with key staff members and Executive teams.

+ Support company wide events, and meetings by assisting with all catering needs.

+ Greet guests and vendors as they enter and exit the premises (including sign-in for meetings, interviews, tours and assisting with COVID-19 processes) in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

+ Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.

+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding (including making name plates, maintaining an update of company directory and assisting with desk assignments).

+ Order supplies for kitchen (including snacks and beverages), office supplies, meeting rooms, shipping and receiving, janitorial supplies, mothers room and other shared areas as well as support on-going maintenance of these areas.

+ Ability to be dependable, reliable, punctual, flexible, tenacious, and highly organized to achieve goals and deadlines.

+ Facilitate local office questions and provide support or guidance on assistance.

+ Apply all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to assigned.

+ Ability to take on additional administrative tasks as needed.

**KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:**

+ 1-3 years previous experience coordinating daily office administrative tasks.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detailed oriented and analytical.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong ownership and proactive problem anticipation and resolution.

+ Cooperative and willing to work with others.

+ Have excellent people skills.

**ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:**

+ Prior experience assisting facilities in science or technology fields, preferred.

+ Customer service experience with an outgoing and positive demeanor, preferred.

+ Working directly with ordering, catering, phone systems, security systems, receiving vendors , preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

+ Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods at a given time; reach, climb, kneel, bend, push and/or pull, and at times lift objects as heavy as 25 lbs.
