Our client is a leading healthcare organization committed to providing top-tier medical services and support to our community. As they continue to expand their services, they are looking for a dynamic Temporary Recruiter to join their team for a 3-month period. This role is crucial in helping find qualified professionals such as Phlebotomists, EMTs, LVNs, and other healthcare personnel. The Temporary Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs in a fast-paced, high volume environment. We are looking for candidates wtih 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience and proven ability to manage a large number of open reqs.

Temporary Position | Central Austin (Onsite) | Pay $30-35/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various recruiting methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career fairs
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for key healthcare positions
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in coordinating and conducting in-person and virtual interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to select the best candidates for open positions
  • Extend job offers and handle negotiations as necessary
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks and documentation are completed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Must be able to manage high volume req load (20+)
  • Strong sourcing skills and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to manage time successfully in a fast-paced environment Excellent multi tasking skills
Working Conditions:
  • This is a temporary, full-time position.
  • 8am-5pm, on-site
