Overview

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates of all experience levels and conducting telephone screenings to qualify them for job placement opportunities with Brixton Staffing Client companies in Austin and Houston, Texas.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and qualifying candidates
  • Responsible for completing an application for new hires
  • Adding candidates to teams
  • Creating orders on Teams once you find out about an order
  • Posting job descriptions to attract a large number of candidates
  • Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants
  • Keeping detailed documentation for later review
  • Prepare candidates for their first day, including job descriptions, who to report to, and how to dress
  • Ensure all processes and compliance requirements (I-9, E-verify, etc.) are in place and followed on an ongoing basis
  • Submit qualified candidates to Job, explaining all details of
  • Submit Candidates to Teams (open Orders)
  • Participate in daily and monthly meets to bring ideas and to determine priorities for all Brixton staffing companies
  • Understand Brixton Staffing's payroll process/benefits to associates/Direct Deposit
  • All other duties as assigned

Placement Criteria

  • Knowledge of a variety of online job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems, and MS office, teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.
