Overview

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging candidates across various experience levels. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct initial screenings to assess candidates for placement opportunities with our esteemed client companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Facilitate the application process for new hires.
  • Integrate candidates into teams effectively.
  • Create job orders upon receiving new requests.
  • Post job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of past applicants.
  • Document all processes for future reference.
  • Prepare candidates for their onboarding experience, including job expectations and workplace etiquette.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary processes and regulations.
  • Submit qualified candidates to relevant job openings, providing detailed information.
  • Engage in team meetings to share insights and establish priorities.
  • Understand and communicate the payroll process and benefits to associates.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Familiarity with various online job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stress.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
