The Senior Finance Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of financial initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budget forecasting, cost estimation, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as finance, operations, and senior management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within a finance or accounting environment, preferably in a large corporate setting

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
