  7. Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets, making adjustments as necessary. Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress against timelines.
  8. Problem Solving: Address issues and challenges promptly, implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Archive project documentation in accordance with company policies.
  10. Project Closure: Conduct thorough project reviews, including lessons learned analyses. Ensure final documentation is completed and archived appropriately.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  3. Proven experience managing the development of new products in a highly technical environment (minimum 3 years). Turbomachinery specific experience is preferred, but not required.
  4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  5. Ability to balance technical requirements with project constraints effectively.
  6. Hands-on willingness to jump in and help fellow engineers and technicians with assembly, testing, and/or data collection.
  7. Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
