- Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets, making adjustments as necessary. Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress against timelines.
- Problem Solving: Address issues and challenges promptly, implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Archive project documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Project Closure: Conduct thorough project reviews, including lessons learned analyses. Ensure final documentation is completed and archived appropriately.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proven experience managing the development of new products in a highly technical environment (minimum 3 years). Turbomachinery specific experience is preferred, but not required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with project constraints effectively.
- Hands-on willingness to jump in and help fellow engineers and technicians with assembly, testing, and/or data collection.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
