Descrição do Cargo
- Realizar gestão de pessoas (Selecionar, receber, direcionar, influenciar/engajar e capacitar colaboradores);
- Gerenciar resultados da supervisão.
- Tratar não conformidades, identificar oportunidades, investigação de acidentes/incidentes/desvios;
- Estimular o uso de ferramentas e adesão aos programas da BRF (CIQ, COP, SSMA, 5'S, LEAN, entre outros);
- Mapear potenciais, envolver em projetos e aplicar feedbacks;
- Coordenar, acompanhar e orientar processos de produção, visando garantir cumprimento do plano de produção e padrões de qualidade.
- Cumprir as diretrizes estabelecidas na Política de Sustentabilidade da BRF, garantir a aderência ao Plano BRF de Sustentabilidade por meio de atividades em sua rotina que promovam a gestão, o atendimento aos indicadores e aos compromissos globais ESG (Ambiental, Social e de Governança) da Cia, assegurando a conexão entre suas ações e o desenvolvimento sustentável na cadeia da BRF.
- Cumprir as diretrizes estabelecidas na Política de Qualidade da BRF, garantindo o cumprimento dalegislação e os requisitos de processos com impacto em qualidade e segurança dos alimentos, que são soberanos a gestão do nosso negócio.
- Fomentar a cultura de sustentabilidade, incentivando seus liderados a promoverem a gestão, o atendimento aos indicadores e os compromissos globais ESG (Ambiental, Social e de Governança) da Cia, assegurando a conexão entre a visão estratégica da organização com a visão estratégica de sua área de negócio, para o desenvolvimento sustentável na cadeia da BRF.
