Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will undertake the following duties:
  • Deliver professional training and support, including bi-weekly documentation requirements and customized training for field staff engaged in supported employment services.
  • Act as a liaison at the state level to DDSN, assisting Area Supervisors in building relationships with local providers.
  • Oversee and update agency procedures related to career counseling and information referral sessions as mandated by WIOA regulations.
  • Support area offices in developing local partnerships and resolving challenges; monitor the delivery of sessions and maintain participant logs.
  • Facilitate training for new area supervisors and ACSMs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in intellectual and mental health disabilities.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Services and HRD training coordinators to develop high-quality training materials in various formats.
  • Act as the liaison to Mental Health and the IPS program.
  • Provide training on the IPS model to new staff assigned to these caseloads and conduct fidelity reviews in collaboration with Mental Health.
  • Create action plans for areas not meeting fidelity standards and work closely with the Area Development Director and Area Supervisor to address program needs.
  • Participate in monthly training rotations with other staff to provide Consumer Services training to new hires.
  • Assist with projects and tasks as directed by the Director of Consumer Services.
  • Support requests for policy exceptions and guidance from local field offices as assigned.
  • Act as the point of contact for DHHS state office referrals.
  • Coordinate counselor assignments and appointments with local offices.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Education; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
