**Our client performs specialized component repairs on commercial aircraft parts and accessory systems. Aircraft unit systems are shipped to the client, overhauled, and returned fully repaired and recertified to airline customers. Candidates interested in the aviation/aerospace industry are welcomed to apply:**
+ The Logistics Specialist will receive shipments, unbox, verify, packets parts, enter part codes, add to inventory and document, and receive packet requests from the shops to pick, pack and deliver on cart.
+ Most receiving happens on Mondays and Tuesdays. Thursdays and Fridays are heavy outbound/shipping days.
+ Shipping: when a unit is completed, it is delivered to logistics area, compare unit to documentation and ensure matching 8130 form, create packing slip and shipping label, ensure unit/customer/locations match.
+ Will include frequent use of ERP system to look up inventory, and using shipping logins to generate domestic and international shipping labels.
+ Client is an "ASA-100" company, so they are listed as a distributor/repair partner for airlines and companies all over the world.
+ Completing monthly cycle counts, and moving boxes around the warehouse area. Some of the larger units like aircraft windows come in wooden crates, and most of the shipping containers are re-used when possible to return the unit, so part of the job is keeping the warehouse organized and finding/documenting space for the containers. Most units come in a box that fits on a small desk, but a minority are forklift-only.

+ Read detailed part numbers, instructions, and inventories in English
