Processes production shift schedules and various assigned tasks to ensure all daily inputs and outputs are completed as documented. Provides first level technology support. Configures PC’s and peripherals including basic support. Major Duties and Responsibilities Provides 24/7 first level contact and direct incoming calls to correct support group for any onsite departments and any offsite locations of the Washington Health System. Running Mainframe batch production (shift specific; WHS Financials, Materials Management and Patient Financials). Monitors Financial, Clinical and Ambulatory systems. Monitors environmental and building access system for the Information Systems building including UPS system, fire system, air-conditioning, switch closets. Shift: Rotating shifts:

Day Shift is 8 am – 4 pm;

Evening Shift is 4 pm -12:00 am;

Night Shift is 12:00 am – 8 am. Must also be available weekends and holidays. Department: Information Systems Internal Posting:4/18-4/25 Qualifications

Education

Required

Technical/other training or better in Computer Science or related field. Preferred

Associates or better in Computer Science or related field. Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field. Experience

Required

At least one (1) year of Information Technology experience Preferred

Basic PC (windows) skills Mainframe batch processing and phone support preferred
