Job Description:
Aon is hiring for a Client Services Specialist.

What your day will look like:
  • Maintain an updated internal content management system for client benefit program management
  • Coordinates with internal and external resources when needed for implementation and maintenance of client benefit programs
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to process efficiency
  • Assist both internal and external team members/clients in resolving application issues
  • Act as point of contact and liaison between internal and external teams as needed
  • Maintain deep knowledge of business rules and application capabilities for our lines of business, ensuring the teams' decisions and designs fall within acceptable limits


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

  • Proven experience working in business operations or sales operations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Power BI, SQL
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Salary:
  • Salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $48,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
  • The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
