Orlando Responsibilities:

Responsible for the execution of the COMPAC Strategic Plan in the assigned territory. Apply the company's business model in their market to achieve sales. Responsible for achieving sales targets in their market. Responsible for the commercial activity in the assigned territory. Exhaustive knowledge of the market within their territory: market information, sector, competition, trends. Considers sales in its different states, short, medium, and long term sales. Builds and maintains strong and lasting relationships with customers. Take care of the prestige and reputation of the COMPAC brand in the execution of the sales plan in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales. Design the Sales Plan for your market to achieve the overall and individual objectives of your team. Direct and supervise the assigned sales team to achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives. Ensures that all sales team activity is reported daily in the COMPAC system. Ensure the recording of the necessary and essential information to guarantee good customer management by the COMPAC team that supports the sales in the front and back office. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements, according to the Lean methodology implemented in the company. Negotiate and close business agreements with large customers that ensure the company's strength in the territory. Ensure the continuity of sales in your market, building customer loyalty and ensuring a growing and sustainable life cycle. Research and identify new customers and market opportunities. Deliver effective and timely solutions aligned with customer needs while respecting the company's execution policies. Ensure brand consistency.
