We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and drive sales for a large international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of luxurious quartz surfaces and marble.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales initiatives within a dynamic multinational company that values innovation and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company's Strategic Plan within the assigned territory.
  • Implement the company's business model to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage all commercial activities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market, including trends, competition, and sector information.
  • Strategize sales across short, medium, and long-term timelines.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring customer relationships.
  • Uphold the prestige and reputation of the company throughout pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes.
  • Design and implement a Sales Plan to meet team and overall company objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the assigned sales team to attain quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Meet daily reporting of all sales activities
  • Facilitate comprehensive customer management by capturing essential information for front and back-office support.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements with key clients to fortify the company's position in the territory.
  • Foster customer loyalty and ensure sustainable sales growth and continuity.
  • Identify new customers and market opportunities.
  • Provide timely solutions aligned with customer needs while adhering to company execution policies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading highly effective sales teams at a national or territorial level.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics using CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus as a second language.
