Responsibilities: Prepare and review trust, foundation, and estate tax returns accurately and timely.Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients on matters related to trusts, foundations, and estates.Collaborate with other team members, including attorneys, financial advisors, and accountants, to develop comprehensive tax strategies for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to address any tax-related questions or concerns and provide expert advice and guidance.Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations affecting trusts, foundations, and estates and advise clients accordingly.Assist with tax audits and examinations as needed, including preparing responses to IRS inquiries.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, with a focus on trust, foundation, and estate tax returns.Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to trusts, foundations, and estates, including familiarity with relevant forms and schedules (e.g., Form 1041, Form 706, Form 990, etc.).

Experience with Drake tax software and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
